Brain in Hand is suitable for autistic and ADHD people aged 16 and over, including adults of any age.

Many people use Brain in Hand after receiving a diagnosis or assessment to help apply what they’ve learned in everyday life.

People often use Brain in Hand for support with:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional regulation

  • Organisation, routines, and time management

  • Work or study demands

  • Transitions and change

  • Confidence and independence in daily life

Your coach works with you to focus on what matters most to you.

That’s completely fine. You can either:

  • Register straight away if you feel ready to get started, or

  • Speak with our team to ask questions and talk through whether Brain in Hand is a good fit before deciding.

Yes. After completing the initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel your Brain in Hand subscription at any time. There’s no long-term contract beyond this initial period.
