Brain in Hand Impact Report

Systems Data & Outcomes: How Brain in Hand Works Over Time | Aug 2026

What happens when you look at how people actually use Brain in Hand — and connect it to what they say changed?  This report links system-level engagement data — check-ins, coaching, solution packs and on-demand support — to the survey responses of 215 workplace and community users. It finds that benefit builds in a consistent sequence: people notice feeling supported first, wellbeing follows, and achieving more — the most tangible, work-facing outcome — takes noticeably longer to emerge.    What predicts that deepening benefit is time and regularity of use, not sheer volume. People who have used Brain in Hand for over a year report substantially stronger outcomes than those in their first year, and those who engage consistently week to week report stronger immediate benefits — while the heaviest users show no particular advantage.    The report also shows Brain in Hand's components working together as a tiered system: coaching prompts independent use of self-management tools, and on-demand support is drawn on reactively, at genuine moments of difficulty.    Four anonymised individual journeys and a worked example of fifty users show what this looks like in practice, at a scale an employer would recognise.
