Begin with virtual sessions with your neurodiversity coach. They’ll understand your goals and challenges, then help create a practical plan that fits your life.

Build Your Personal Toolkit
Together you’ll turn strategies into simple steps. Save them as solutions, routines and reminders in the app, ready when you need them and evolving as you do.

Use it Day to Day & Stay On Track
Plan, reflect and keep momentum. Check progress at a glance, and if plans change, tap a saved solution to course-correct.

Get Support in the Moment
If things feel too much, press Red. A trained responder gets back within 30 minutes, day or night, to help you use your plan and steady things.

No – while it’s helpful for autistic and ADHD people, Brain in Hand supports anyone with anxiety-related mental health challenges – with no requirement for a formal diagnosis.
We’re for anyone who finds everyday challenges overwhelming and wants support that fits how they think.
Within 30 minutes, you’ll connect (via phone or text) with a real person trained in inclusive support. They’ll help you feel calm, safe, and back in control – whether that means talking things through or just being there while things settle.
Start by choosing how you’ll fund it (self-pay or through support like DSA or ATW).
Then register online, activate your account via the email link, and book your first coaching session. You’ll be guided through setup and can begin using the app straight away.
The app works on Android (6.0+), iOS (17.0+), and most web browsers. Notifications may also appear on connected smartwatches.
Yes. You’ll check in with your coach regularly and adjust anything that’s not working. Brain in Hand is designed to flex with your life.
